Dr Tan obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the National University of Singapore. She served in the National University polyclinic in the public sector and was the Dental Officer-in-charge of Kranji Camp and Kranji Regional Health Hub in the Singapore Armed Forces.

Dr Tan’s service to the community has allowed her to gain experience in the treatment of patients from pediatric patients and elderly patients with complex medical history to patients in the Singapore Armed Forces requiring strict dental clearance and maintenance of oral hygiene. She has multiple years of experience in preventive dentistry, restorative dentistry, and wisdom tooth surgery, and is always striving to enhance her skills to provide the best care for her patients in the private sector.

Dr Tan has completed multiple courses such as Osstem Implant Master Basic course, Practical GBR Mater course, and more.

Prior to her career in dentistry, Dr Tan was a basketball athlete and represented her school and Singapore for competitions. Now, she still has a passion for sports, and has started to pick up tennis in her free time.
